Thank you for choosing Decker Sports as the place to get your custom apparel.
All orders will be processed at the same time and delivered to your home approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the deadline date (not the day you place your order). In certain cases, the coach or organization leader may request that the deadline be extended, so this may add to the lead time of your order.
No exchanges or returns can be made on custom decorated items, unless they are defective.
No orders will be accepted after the deadline.
Decker Sports makes every effort to offer items that are in stock, however, factory shortages can occur between the time that the web store is set up to when the items are ordered after the store’s deadline. If an item is back ordered beyond a reasonable amount of time, and there isn’t a similar style/color to substitute at our discretion, you will be refunded.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order has been placed. If you do not receive one, your order may not have gone through. (Make sure to check your Spam folder as well.)
